Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States.

Our products are created in our workroom not in a mass production factory so we control all aspects of what materials we use and how our products are created. Our pieces are created with high-quality materials so each piece goes through tests and checks to guarantee lasting style and comfort. From start to finish, our careful team has eyes on our pieces. We quality check each and every piece from cutting all the way to packing and shipping.

Because each piece is handcrafted rather than mass-produced, there may be some variances from piece to piece. Slight color variations are to be expected, due to natural wood grains and fabric dye lots. Fabric dye lots may vary, such as slight differences in texture, color, or appearance among fabrics may be found, for example between swatches and furniture pieces.

Yes, your pieces will be shipped together. Because we have different lead times for each piece the longest lead time in your order will be the standard. This means if you order a 10-day piece and an 8-week piece, your order will be shipped all together once the 8-week piece is finished. If you would like your pieces to arrive separately, you will need to place a separate order.
